For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register an Account and use the stc76 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. stc76 strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. stc76 does not make any representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.
• You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory as updated from time to time at stc76's sole discretion.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for the benefit of, any third party.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by stc76 for any breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of stc76, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written approval has been granted by stc76 management.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on the stc76 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, bank account, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document).
• Date of birth (must confirm you are 21 years of age or older).
• Valid email address that you own and have access to.
• Indonesian mobile phone number for account verification and two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Preferred Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

stc76 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Accepted identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify stc76 promptly via live chat or at [email protected] if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your stc76 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

stc76 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from stc76 that requests your password or full card details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify stc76 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account. stc76 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials, or where you have shared your login details with a third party voluntarily or negligently.

• Use a unique, strong password consisting of at least 8 characters including uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account security settings — stc76 strongly recommends this for all Members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Do not access your stc76 Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits on stc76 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). stc76 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. stc76 does not impose transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which stc76 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt. stc76 will not accept deposits from any payment method that is not registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed; any associated bonus entitlements will be forfeited.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. stc76 targets processing of verified member withdrawal requests within 15 minutes; actual transfer times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing schedules.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Members who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays. stc76 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a photograph of your bank passbook front page showing your name and account number).

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. stc76 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. All Members are required to wager deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Deposits that are deposited and immediately withdrawn without genuine gaming activity will be refused, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

stc76 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion on the stc76 website. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.1 General Bonus Rules. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general rules apply to all stc76 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via separate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account termination.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• stc76 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to close an Account, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has attempted to manipulate or abuse any promotion.
• Bonuses have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• stc76 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Member has already commenced wagering activity under the specific promotion.

6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members who meet the eligibility criteria for the stc76 welcome bonus must claim the bonus at the time of their first qualifying deposit. Welcome bonuses cannot be applied retroactively. Full terms, minimum deposit amounts, and wagering requirements for the current welcome promotion are published on the stc76 promotions page.

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on stc76 are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published in the stc76 Sportsbook section. stc76 covers a full range of markets including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures (including Piala AFF), badminton majors (All England, Thomas & Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). stc76 also offers mix parlay (combination accumulator betting) markets and voor bola (Asian handicap) lines on selected fixtures.

7.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. 7.4 Bet Acceptance & Void Bets. stc76 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or series of bets at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) a bet has been placed in error at incorrect odds; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation; (c) a technical fault has affected the integrity of the game or market; or (d) the relevant sporting event has been cancelled, postponed, or materially altered. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the stc76 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, fraudulent, or third-party identity information.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotion.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to place bets or accumulate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by stc76.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or market odds.
• Using the stc76 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive language toward stc76 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after wagering the deposited funds.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the stc76 platform.
• Use the stc76 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorization.
• Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from any part of the stc76 platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of stc76 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, stc76, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the stc76 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure.

11.2 stc76's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Member during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

11.3 stc76 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. stc76 makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing the platform from any particular jurisdiction.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

stc76 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the stc76 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

stc76 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions to and from the platform. Member financial data is stored in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. stc76 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

stc76 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, stc76 will notify Members by posting a notice on the stc76 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each Account.

Your continued use of the stc76 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 3. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent revision was made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which stc76 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

To the extent that any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

stc76 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Members access the stc76 platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in their local jurisdiction.
